PURPOSE: A soundproof wall having sound absorbing posts is provided to reduce car accidents by manufacturing a sound absorbing block using polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall having sound absorbing posts comprises fixing units and sound absorbing blocks(20). The fixing units are fixed to H-shaped posts(10) and are composed of angle-type casings(30). Each angle-type casing has a bottom plate, a vertical plate, hanging protrusions, and an opening. The hanging protrusions are bent from the ends of the bottom and vertical plates. The opening is formed between the hanging protrusions. The sound absorbing blocks are fixed to the front flanges(101) of the h-shaped posts.
