The invention relates to the field of power engineering, particularly to electric AC machines having a rotating distributor of magnetic flux, a static armature and a magnet. Its object is to reduce the mass of the axial inductor generator for a bicycle and to improve its efficiency. The offered axial inductor generator for a bicycle (Fig.3) contains: a magnet (1) with transversal magnetization placed between two stationary ...-wise laminated cores (2, 3) of the inductor with winding (4) wrapped around their bars (5, 6) intended to be placed on the frame; a rotating switch of the magnetic flux wherein the said switch is situated on disk (7) connected to a wheel of the bicycle. The inductor is supplied with additional magnetic core (8) and is placed in the plane perpendicular to the direction of disk (7) rotation, while the switch of magnetic flux is executed as separate commutators (9) spaced at equal steps along the outer circumference of the disk (7) and placed between bars (10 - 13) of the additional core (8), bars (5, 6, 14, 15) and ...- wise cores of the inductor. Besides the ends of bars (5, 6, 10 - 15) are provided with teeth (16), and the width of the teeth (16) and the commutators (9) of magnetic flux switch is lz, while their step and height are ... and h, respectively, wherein the teeth (16) are separated from the commutators (9) by air gaps ... and ... The adjacent bars (5, 10) and (6, 11) of each of the inductor cores are arranged at distances ... and ..., respectively. The commutators (9) are placed in slots (17) on the outer circumference of disk (7) made from non-magnetic material and having radius R, while the gaps between commutators (9) are filled with non-magnetic compound (18). The magnetic cores of the inductor are made flexed to the arc of radius R, while teeth (16) are levelled with the commutators (9) of magnetic flux switch. The magnetic cores (2, 3, 8) are mutually connected with non-magnetic material. |
