PURPOSE: A water cutoff plate for preventing flooding automatically operated without power is provided to efficiently cut off water by vertically positioning the water cutoff plate using the buoyancy of a floating body. CONSTITUTION: A water cutoff plate for preventing flooding automatically operated without power comprises footing concrete(C), a structure(10), a rotation unit(20), a cutoff member(30), a first water stop member(40), a floating body(50), a support unit(60), and a spacer(S). The structure is formed on the footing concrete. The rotation unit is coupled to the structure and rotates the cutoff member so that the cutoff member can be vertically positioned. One side of the first water stop member is coupled to the surface of the footing concrete where faces a river through a first coupling member(B1), and the other side is coupled to the surface of the footing concrete where faces the river when the cutoff member is vertically positioned. The floating body is arranged under the first water stop member. The support unit supports the cutoff member. The spacer is formed over the second coupling member of the first water stop member. |
