Distribution system for a telecommunications network

The system has a distributing element (1) including an electronic circuit (4) with an amplifier (6) amplifying telecommunication signals of a telecommunication network. The circuit includes a transferring unit (7) for transferring the signals to user outlets (12) if the amplifier is externally functional. The unit forms a passage-switching element, which forms a path of low impedance between an input and an output of the circuit if the amplifier is externally functional. The amplifier is connected with a user terminal (TUS) that supplies supply voltage (V) to the amplifier. The distributing element is designed as a distributor, coupler, branch-element and the user-outlet.
