PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a failure rate due to particles and defects by laminating a plurality of organic layers and a plurality of inorganic layers to form a sealing layer. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting unit(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A sealing layer(200) covers a part of a light emitting area(DA) and a non-emitting area(NDA). The sealing layer comprises an inorganic layer(221,222,223) and an organic layer(211,212,213). The inorganic layer prevents the inflow of moisture or oxygen. The organic layers are vertically laminated.
