FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of meat preserves production. Recipe components are prepared. Pork brisket is cut and fried with melted out fat separation. Bulb onions are cut, fried in melted out fat and milled. Carrots are minced. Sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed vegetables with drinking water, caramelised sugar, salt and red hot pepper to produce a sauce. The pork brisket and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
