A network element that maintains connection with participation of mobile devices, initiates the event of online charging and generates a credit request, such as a request for protocol Diameter credit control, the network element recognises access information, in which the type of access of a mobile device is specified, for connection to the communication network LTE/EPC, and enters information of credit request. A network element is designed with an ability to transfer to the online charging system (server) a credit request, containing access information through the improved interface.
