PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing skin softener of double layer is provided to improve skin stability and to enhance skin elasticity, penetration and moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing skin softener of double layer comprises: a step of forming aqueous phase ingredient; and a step of preparing oil phase ingredient. The step of preparing oil phase ingredient comprises: a step of dispersing aqueous polymer into purified water; and a step of mixing polar oil to the solution. |
