PURPOSE: A cable for melting snow on a road is provided to improve heating and heat-insulation efficiency by diffusing and transferring heat generated from a heating cable to a road surface. CONSTITUTION: A cable for melting snow on a road comprises a power line(10), a heating cable, and bimetal. The power line supplies power to the heating cable. The heating cable is heated by receiving the power from the power line and is composed of winding-type conductors(21c,22c) and inner sheathes(21d,22d) for heat insulation. The inner sheathes surround the outer surfaces of the winding-type conductors. The bimetal is formed by attaching different kinds of metal plates on each other. |
