PURPOSE: A transistor and an electronic device including the same are provided to improve the performance of a flat panel display device. CONSTITUTION: A first active layer(A1) and a second active layer(A2) include a channel region. A first gate(G1) controls an electric property of the first active layer. A second gate(G2) controls an electric property of the second active layer. A source electrode(S1) and a drain electrode(D1) are contacted with the first and second active layers. A first gate insulation layer(Gl1) covering the first gate is formed on a substrate(SUB1).
