PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image displaying apparatus is provided to express detailed three-dimensional images by dividing a pattern retarder into first and second retarders by the display of a left eye or right eye image. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional image displaying apparatus comprises the following: a display panel(10) including pixels including sub pixels having first, second, and third colors; a pattern retarder(30) including a first retarder(31) and a second retarder(32); the first retarder passing through light of a left eye image from the display panel; and the second retarder passing through light of a right eye image from the display panel.
