PURPOSE: A product A-S(After-Sales) service system is provided to rapidly offer A-S services by analyzing problems of various kinds using a data base. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(110) captures images of a product including abnormality phenomenon. A server(130) is interlocked with the terminal through a communication network(120). A database(140) confirms the predicted problem information or the problem information of the product through the images of the product. The server transmits the problem information of the database or the predicted problem information to the terminal through the communication network. The terminal displays product problems through an AR(Augmented Reality) screen. |
