PURPOSE: A color variable field emission lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control amount of an electron by including three or more cathode electrodes of a band shape in the field emission lamp. CONSTITUTION: Cathode electrodes(20) are located on one side of a first substrate. Electroluminescence emitter patterns(30) are composed of a plurality of electroluminescence emitters. A gate electrode(40) comprises gate holes which are respectively corresponded to the plurality of electroluminescence emitters. An insulating layer(42) comprises holes which are respectively corresponded to the gate holes. A phosphor film pattern is located on one side of a second substrate within an anode electrode. The anode electrode surrounds the edge of the one side of the second substrate.
