The anchor (29) comprises a screen sleeve (9) and an anchor rod (17) which is provided for anchoring in a mounting base (4), where the anchor rod is connected to a thermally separating element (18). The maximum outer diameter of the separating element (d-T) corresponds to the maximum outer diameter of the screen sleeve (d-S). An independent claim is also included for a mounting arrangement with a mounting base.
