A process of aligning fluid connectors (40,76) comprising the steps of aligning a first fluid coupler (10) supporting a first connector member (14) to a second fluid coupler (70) supporting a second connector member (74); moving the second connector member (74) towards the first connector member (14) after the engagement of a guiding pin (80) provided on the first fluid coupler (10) and a guiding bushing (82) provided on the second fluid coupler (70); engaging the first connector member (14) to the second connector member (74) to connect the fluidconnectors (40,76) wherein the first connector member (14) is displaceable relative to the second connector member (74).
