A NON-FAT MILK CONTAINING SUBCRITICAL WATER EXTRACT OF BRASSICA JUNCEA SEEDS WITH INHIBITARY ACTIVITY AGAINST A TYPE INFLUENZA VIRUS H1N1

摘要

PURPOSE: Fat-free milk containing a subcritical water extract of brassica juncea seeds is provided to offer the antivirus functions for influenza viruses by using the subcritical water extract having the A-type influenza virus H1N1 inhibiting activity to users. CONSTITUTION: Fat-free milk contains less than 5mg/mL of subcritical water extract of brassica juncea seeds having the A-type influenza virus H1N1 inhibiting activity. The subcritical water extract of the brassica juncea seeds is obtained by extracting the brassica juncea seeds using subcritical water without processing with an organic solvent. The subcritical water extract is mixed with the fat-free milk after freeze-drying.
