The arm is indirectly operated by inserting the arm into the treatment agent shell such that the end part of the suction arm pivots down into the treatment agent shell. The suction arm is pivotable around axles (10) and comprises an actuator portion (12). The end part contacts with a base (8) of the shell in a maximum pivot position. The fluent treatment agent is formed as full laundry detergent, mild detergent, multicolored laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleaching agent or water softener.
