PURPOSE: A tracking automation system using entrance time to a process device and position coordinates of the process device is provided to manage a buffer memory using software for automatically performing a tracking process. CONSTITUTION: A product is transferred from a process device 1 to a process device 2. The product is transferred from the process device 2 to a process device 3. Only a single product is first-inputted or first-outputted to/from a region A. Two or more products are first-inputted or first-outputted to/from a region B.
