PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a reflective insulation material are provided to prevent dew condensation caused by a temperature difference using an air pocket. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a reflective insulation material comprises a supply unit, a cutting unit, a heating unit, a molding unit, and a depositing unit. The supply unit consecutively supplies plate-shaped thermoplastic resin fabrics(41). The cutting unit forms cutout slots on the thermoplastic resin fabrics. The heating unit heats the thermoplastic resin fabric passing through the cutting unit and softens the thermoplastic resin fabrics. The molding unit expands the widths of the thermoplastic resin fabrics to have air pockets(46). The depositing unit deposits an aluminum foil layer on the surfaces of the thermoplastic resin fabrics.
