PURPOSE: A method for collecting and transferring emergency information based on anycast/multicast communication is provided to transfer emergency information to a terminal through multicast communication without collecting IP information of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A local server(130) receives an accident message from a mobile terminal. The local server compares direction angle information with moving direction angle information. The local server transmits an accident alarm message to a mobile terminal by using multicast packet through one or more neighbor BSs(Base Stations).
