PURPOSE: A receiving part for receiving a rod for coupling a rod to a bone anchoring element and a bone anchoring device including the same are provided to allow a head to be fixed to a desired location and pivotal movement of the head by being formed into a bone screw part of multi-axis. CONSTITUTION: A receiving part body(5) includes a load receiving part(9) and a head receiving part receiving a head(3) of a bone anchoring element. The load receiving part includes a channel receiving load. The head receiving part has a first outside area(16a) and a central axis line(C) extended through an open end part. A fixing ring surrounds the head receiving part. The fixing ring includes a first inside part(83) fixing the head.
