The invention relates to methods to prevent, treat or slow the progression of a disorder associated with elevated oxalate concentration, the method comprising administering oxalate oxidase crystals, cross-linked crystals, or compositions containing those crystals to an individual. Oxalate oxidase crystals and compositions for administration are also provided, including stabilised crystals, such as cross-linked crystals of oxalate oxidase.
