DEPOSITION OF THERMOELECTRIC MATERIALS BY PRINTING

PURPOSE: A deposition film of thermoelectric materials by printing is provided to obtain a high mechanical property and high thermoelectric performance. CONSTITUTION: Ink with solvent, thermoelectric materials, and binding polymer materials are prepared(F1). An ink layer is deposited on a substrate(F2). The solvent is evaporated by heating the ink layer(F3). The ink layer is compressed(F4). The binding polymer materials are removed by heating(F5).
