PURPOSE: A method for analyzing product quality of bay salt using near infrared ray spectroscopy is provided to quickly and accurately analyze the product quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring insoluble ingredients in salt using near infrared ray comprises: a step of irradiating near infrared ray to salt to obtain reflection spectrum; a step of calculating mathematic standard equation from correlation between reflection spectrum and the content of the insoluble ingredients; a step of irradiating near infrared ray to the salt to prepare reflection spectrum; and a step of applying reflection spectrum result to the equation. The insoluble ingredients include magnesium ion, sulfate ion, or mixture thereof. |
