PURPOSE: The coupling structure of an ultra thin spindle motor is provided to improve reliability by firmly coupling an ultra thin spindle motor. CONSTITUTION: A metal bearing(104) is pressed in the inner circumference of a bearing holder(102). The inner diameter of the metal bearing is regularly broadened through a sizing operation. A washer(105) is settled in the lower end surface of the bearing holder. A support board(103) is assembled in the lower end surface of the bearing holder and is coupled by a spinning operation. The bearing holder is inserted into a central hole which is formed in the center of a plate(101). |
