PURPOSE: A three-dimensional track block having an easy replacement function, a manufacturing method thereof, a construction method of a concrete track and a track of a light rail having rubber wheels using the same are provided to densely fill the gap between a precast panel and a roadbed with concrete. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional track block(100) having an easy replacement function comprises a concrete roadbed(110), precast panels(120), vibration-proof pads(140), and rail fasteners(150). A retreated groove is formed on the top surface of the concrete road bed in a longitudinal direction. The precast panels are located at the retreated groove of the concrete roadbed. The vibration-proof pads are coupled to the precast panels to surround the bottom and side surfaces of the precast panels. The rail fasteners are installed on the tops of the precast panels along the longitudinal direction of the precast panels. |
