摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing lithium metal phosphate of an olivine structure with mesopores, the lithium metal phosphate, and an electrochemical device including the same are provided to increase the electrochemical reaction site of the lithium metal phosphate by increasing the specific surface of the lithium metal phosphate. CONSTITUTION: A mesoporous inorganic template is prepared. A compound for reversible intercalating/deintercalating lithium, the salt of the compound, the metallic salt of the compound, and the phosphate salt of the compound are mixed to prepare the precursor solution of lithium metal phosphate of an olivine structure. The inorganic template is impregnated in the precursor solution and is dried. The inorganic template impregnated with the precursor solution is thermally treated under an air or inert atmosphere to form lithium metal phosphate-inorganic template complex of an olivine structure. The complex is wet-etched to selectively eliminate the inorganic template. The lithium metal phosphate of the olivine structure is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, x is more than or equal to -0.5 and is less than or equal to 0.5; and M is selected from a group including Cu, Mn, Mg, Ni, Sn, Sr, Zn, Al, Si, Zr, Sb, Mo, and a mixture of the same.
