PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an anisotropic conductive film is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to facilitate manufacture by using conductive threads. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an anisotropic conductive film comprises the following steps: spreading a mixture of short conductive threads and adhesive resin on a surface of a base film; and moving a unit(105) in which a plurality of grooves(106) is formed by tightly sticking to coating surface in order to arrange the conductive threads towards a moving direction(107) of the unit. A structure of the unit arranges the conductive threads in longitudinal direction by making widths of the unit grooves to be shorter than lengths of the conductive threads.
