摘要 PURPOSE: A diagnosis apparatus for partial discharge of a high voltage facility using an ultrasonic sensor is provided to rapidly determine the insulation state of a high voltage facility by showing the number of pulses according to a pulse's size. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic apparatus comprises an ultrasonic sensor(10), a preamplifier part(1), a main amplifier(54), an A/D converter(56), and a control part(100). The ultrasonic sensor is attached to a high voltage facility. The preamplifier part amplifies a measurement signal by being applied with the measurement signal from the ultrasonic sensor and selectively passes through a signal of a preset frequency band. The main amplifier receives and amplifies an output from the preamplifier part. The A/D converter changes an output signal of the main amplifier into a digital signal. The control part receives an output from the A/D converter and analyzes measurement data. The control part measures the number of pulses having a voltage size over a preset threshold.
