摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of candied Japanese apricot slices for weight loss is provided to enable users to obtain similar shape and flavor with restorative herb medicine obtained by coasting edible fibers on the surface of sugar-preserved Japanese apricot. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of candied Japanese apricot slices for weight loss comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of fresh Japanese apricot by weight with 30-60 parts of saccharide by weight, and preserving the mixture at 1-20 deg C for 3-9 months; drying the sugar-preserved Japanese apricot at 1-20 deg C for 1-5 days after separating each Japanese apricot; coating 100 parts of dried and sugar-preserved Japanese apricot by weight with 50-150 parts of medical herb extract powder and 10-50 parts of edible fiber by weight; and aging the coated Japanese apricot at 1-15 deg C for 1-3 months.
