COVERING SHEET HAVING 3-DIMENSIONAL EFFECT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A surface material sheet with stereoscopic effect is provided to minimize thermal deformation of a plastic substrate in high temperature process for forming stereoscopic effect by fixing release paper on one side of a substrate layer. CONSTITUTION: A surface material sheet(100) with stereoscopic effect comprises a substrate layer(110), a flat pattern layer(120), and 3-dimensional pattern layer(130) in order. The 3-dimensional pattern is formed by blowing a printed layer, which is printed by a rotary screen method. The surface material sheet additionally comprises a high glossy layer formed on the 3-dimensional pattern layer. The high-glossy layer is formed in the intaglio part of the 3-dimensional pattern layer. The 3-dimensional pattern layer is formed by a Gravure coating method. A manufacturing method of the surface material sheet comprises: a step of forming a sol type plastic substrate layer on a release paper(150); a step of forming 3-dimensional pattern layer by heating on the plastic substrate layer; and a step of cooling and drying.
