A method for recognizing directions of electronic parts and methods for aligning and mounting the electronic parts using the same are provided to automate a process for accurately aligning the electronic parts on a tray pallet pocket. A method for recognizing a direction of an electronic part includes the steps of: teaching lead data of the electronic part to be supplied and direction identification mark data(S231); photographing an image of the electronic part when the electronic part is supplied(S232); setting a direction angle of the electronic part as 0 degree(S233); rotating the taught lead data at the set direction angle(S234); calculating coordinates of leads by recognizing the leads of the electronic pars from the photographed image of the electronic part(S235); converting the taught direction identification mark data by the coordinates when the leads of the electronic part are recognized(S236); recognizing a direction identification mark of the electronic part from the photographed image of the electronic part(S237); and calculating direction information of the electronic part when the direction identification mark is recognized(S238). |
