PURPOSE: A device and a method for heat shielding coating are provided to maximize the heat-proof shielding and erosion resistance by at the same time sanctioning the plasma investigation during the coating process. CONSTITUTION: The device for heat shielding coating includes: an electronic device(12); a coating base member(18); a target(14); a plasma generating device(16); and an anode electrode. The coating base member forms the heat shielding coating film. The target is installed corresponded to the electron beam device and leaving distance. The target compirese the coating source. The plasma generating device radiates the plasma in the coating base member. The anode electrode forms electric field between the coating base member and the plasma generating device and is connected to the coating base member electrically to accelerate the plasma.
