The device (2) has a lower console (6) fixed at a supporting frame under an upper console (5) in a mounting condition of the device. A holder (7) is fixed at a mounting part in a mounted condition of the device. The holder comprises of hooks (13), and a fixing plate (14). The lower console has a plate retainer (16) molded complementary to the fixing plate, which is guided into the plate retainer from top. A form closure is provided between the plate retainer and the fixing plate. The form closure secures the fixing plate into the plate retainer transverse to a guiding direction.
