<p>The domestic appliance e.g. domestic dishwasher (1), has a water inlet pipe i.e. water hose, supplying the appliance with water from a water network. A backflow prevention apparatus i.e. non-return valve, connected to the water inlet pipe enables water supply only in a direction of the domestic appliance, and prevents backflow of water in a direction of the water network. An inlet valve connects the water inlet pipe to the water network, where the backflow prevention apparatus prevents the backflow of water in the direction of the inlet valve.</p> |
