摘要 PURPOSE: A method for fabricating mechanically flexible metal-supported SOFCS is provided to ensure strength, ductility, and toughness while maintaining very thin thickness. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating mechanically flexible metal-supported SOFCS comprises the steps of: (i) respectively producing a metal support in which metal or metal oxide powder and organic solution are mixed, a metal support, a negative electrode, and a thick layer for electrolyte, using slurry for the negative electrode and electrolyte; (ii) laminating the manufactured metal support, the negative electrode, and the thick layer for electrolyte to form a molded material; (iii) sintering the molded material in a reducing atmosphere to manufacture a semi-battery consisting of a porous metal support, negative electrode, and electrolyte; and (iv) forming a positive electrode on the electrolyte.
