PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal is provided to measure speed of a real packet in a specific node of the internet and to select an optimum wireless access point. CONSTITUTION: A local wireless communication unit(110) is connected with an AP(Access Point) through a local area wireless communication. The local wireless communication unit performs data communication through the AP. An access management unit(120) searches for present neighbor accessible APs. The access management unit selects the wireless APs.
