PURPOSE: An integrated processing apparatus for a remote entitlement processing module is provided to minimize the dependability of subscriber equipment to a conditional access system. CONSTITUTION: An integrated processing apparatus for a remote entitlement processing module comprises the following: a remote entitlement processing module server(120) managing RSC(remote smart cards)(121-124) corresponding to the number of host terminals(200a-200d); and descramblers(210a-201d) transmitting channel selection information to the remote entitlement processing module server by the paid channel selection of a user, and descrambling encrypted channel signals using a received control signal. The remote entitlement processing module server and the descramblers form a secure channel.
