PURPOSE: A method for repairing deteriorated concrete is provided to eliminate a repaired part by minimizing shock applied to the pavement surface of deteriorated concrete. CONSTITUTION: A method for repairing deteriorated concrete is as follows. The damaged depth of deteriorated concrete is measured. Cutting lines with a half size of the damaged depth are formed in the deteriorated concrete by using a multiple cutting device with multiple cutting blades and water spray units. The deteriorated concrete is crashed by applying pressure to the cutting lines. A mixture of silica sol and liquid potassium silicate is spread on the crashed concrete. |
