<p>A bobbin installation device (60) includes a bobbin supplying section (50) and a suction pipe (88). The bobbin supplying section (50) supplies a bobbin (48), onto which a spun yarn (10) is to be wound, to bobbin holders (72) (specifically, a position between two bobbin holders (72)) that defines a target position. The suction pipe (88) holds and guides the spun yarn (10) to be wound on the bobbin (48) supplied by the bobbin supplying section (50). The bobbin (48) and the spun yarn (10) are supplied to the bobbin holders (72) by moving the bobbin supplying section (50) and the suction pipe (88) while the spun yarn (10) is held at the end of the bobbin (48) in a shaft direction by the suction pipe (88).
