CARBON NANOTUBE PASTE COMPOSITION FOR ELECTRODE OF SOLAR CELL, SOLAR CELL USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube composition for an electrode of a solar cell, the solar cell using the same, and a method for fabricating the solar cell are provided to improve dispersibility without reducing electrical properties of a carbon nanotube by inducing liquid dispersion using a solvent including alcohol and mechanical dispersion. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube has 0.1 to 100 parts by weight for a solvent of 100 parts by weight. Alcohol is contained in solution. The alcohol has 0.1 to 100 parts by weight for the solvent of 100 parts by weight. The alcohol contains either ethanol or alpha-terpineol. A binding agent has 1 to 100 parts by weight for the solvent of 100 parts by weight. The binding agent contains either ethyl cellulose or carboxymethyl cellulose.
