<p>A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The solar cell includes a substrate of a first conductive type, an emitter portion that has a second conductive type opposite the first conductive type and forms a p-n junction along with the substrate, a first anti-reflection layer that is positioned on the emitter portion and has a thickness of about 5 nm to 35 nm, a second anti-reflection layer positioned on the first anti-reflection layer, a first electrode electrically connected to the emitter portion, and a second electrode electrically connected to the substrate.</p> |
