PURPOSE: A work positioning device and a production device using the same are provided to save space in a production line in which a plurality of orthogonal three axial work positioning device driven through reducing the foot print in working area. CONSTITUTION: A work positioning device comprises a first moving unit(3), a second moving unit(6), and a rotary unit(7). The first and moving unit and the second moving unit are moved into horizontal direction and vertical direction respectively. The rotary unit is installed in the upper or lower portion of the second moving unit. The rotary unit is located into cross direction of the moving direction of the first moving unit. The second moving unit and the rotary unit are moved in the range of a first moving unit. At least one of the first moving unit and the second moving unit is driven by a unit converting the rotation power of a motor(1) into linear force.
