A light emitting device including a fluorescent part separated from a mold part is provided to prevent a fluorescent body from reacting with synthetic resin and moisture by separating the fluorescent body from the synthetic resin of a mold part and external surroundings. A concave part for reflecting light is formed in the center of a reflection cup(50). An LED chip(10) is fixed to the concave part of the reflection cup. A fluorescent body(20) excites the light emitted from the LED chip, surrounding the LED chip. The fluorescent body is surrounded by a passivation layer(30). The passivation layer is surrounded by a mold part made of epoxy resin. |
