FIELD: electric engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device provides for moving two elements (5, 6) to contact with each other and to break this contact by means of at least, one element's ability to move with regard to the other. The device is comprised of a working shaft (1), pivotally mounted regarding the frame (2), a shaft (1) which can be actuated to rotate between the first and second positions, compression string (4) capable of compressing due to the specified shaft (1) and affect movable element (6), when compressing load is decreased so that it can be put into contact with the a static element (5), and means of two elements disengagement (5,6), capable of moving their disengaged position. The spring (4) interacts with working shaft (1) through its first end and with movable element (6) - through its second end (4b). The device contains also transferring facilities to transfer efforts applied to the working shaft (1) with the first end (4a) of spring 4, when compressing load is reduced to the movable element (6) so that the specified movable element (6) perceives two efforts applied, correspondingly, by two ends of spring 4, and resultant effort ensures stable fixture between the specified two elements. ^ EFFECT: bringing two elements to contact at rates independent from operator and ensuring great contact pressure. ^ 10 cl, 5 dwg |
