FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardio-surgery. Implanted is prosthesis cup, which contains stop element, equipped with fixer. Revision of left ventricle cavity is performed. Fixing of ring-shaped body of prosthesis, which contains locking elements in form of two leafs in prosthesis cup, is realised. Frame of prosthesis is placed in cup and fixer of stop element is compressed. Eyes of stop element are fixed with thread. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to considerably reduce risk of development of post -operative valve-induced complications and post-operative lethality, associated with prosthesis replacement. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex, 9 dwg |
