FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery and otorhinolaryngology. Essence of the method consists in application of autotransplant from sublingual bone on feeding pedicle from portion of sublingual muscles, with preservation of their own blood circulation. Dissection of thyroid cartilage is carried out, indenting 0.5 cm from the middle line. Integrity of mucous membrane of larynx is not damaged. Also own introlarynx muscles are not transected. Body of sublingual bone is fixed to thyroid cartilage by means of interrupted sutures. For this purpose milling openings are preliminarily formed in body of autotransplant. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase orifice of fissure of glottis without damaging integrity of larynx mucous membrane, which ensures prevention of scar change in fissure of glottis, as well as ensures sufficient breathing and satisfactory phonation. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex |
