PURPOSE: A distribution board parallely operating a monitoring apparatus and a broadcasting apparatus having improved ubiquitous security are provided to prevent whole power failure by limiting a failure range. CONSTITUTION: Two or more magnet switches are wired to two or more input terminals receiving two or more secondary side outputs from two or more transformers. A programmed independent wire is located between outputs of the magnet switch and a circuit breaker. A remote-control server selects the programmed independent wire between the input terminal and the circuit breaker through the on/off control of the magnet switch and the short breaker. A main server has improved security. The main server selects a program wire by changing a contact point of the magnet switch.
