PURPOSE: A variable guiding apparatus for a stapler punching process of a corrugated packing box is provided to guide corrugated papers for packing boxes having various sizes by rapidly and conveniently adjusting the left height of a stapler punching guide unit and the size of a corrugated paper rear side guiding groove at the right side. CONSTITUTION: A variable guiding apparatus for a stapler punching process of a corrugated packing box(10) comprises a lower guide plate(140), a stapler punching guide unit, an upper guide plate, and a height adjusting device. The lower guide plate having a constant thickness comprises multiple through grooves. A fastening block having multiple bolt through-grooves and a curved part is formed in one upper end of the lower guide plate. An upper guide plate having constant thickness and width is formed in one upper end of the fastening block. A corrugated paper right side guiding part is arranged in the right upper side of the stapler punching guide unit. A corrugated paper rear side guiding groove is arranged in the right bottom of the stapler punching guide unit. The height adjusting device selectively adjust the left height of the stapler punching guide unit and the size of the corrugated paper rear side guiding groove at the right side in multiple stages. |
