PURPOSE: A lubricant removing apparatus is provided to prevent a lubricant filled between a tension member and a coat from being discharged to the outside when the tension member is removed. CONSTITUTION: A lubricant removing apparatus comprises a pipe member(10), elastic members(20), first and second pressing members(30,40). A tension member(2) passes through the pipe member. The elastic members are inserted into the pipe member and have through holes in which the tension member passes through. The elastic members press the outer surface of the tension member. The first pressing member presses one side of the elastic members, and the second pressing member presses the other side of the elastic members.
